Innovative Danish solutions are coming to Canada with CETA

The CETA opens up for European bidding on public projects in Canada’s provinces and municipi.  Businesses from Denmark already export a wide range of goods and services to Canada.  Danish companies will be offering a host of innovative, smart and climate-friendly solutions.

Thursday 21th of September CETA (Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement) becomes effective through provisional applications. It is expected to boost trade between the EU and Canada, which will create jobs and economic growth. The CETA will also provide opportunities for research and development.

CETA makes smart Danish solutions available to Canadians
The CETA will help facilitate Danish solutions, also those provided by highly innovative small and medium size enterprises. This will encourage investment, research and development, and growth in both countries. A reduction in customs tariffs will make Danish products more affordable to Canadians.  Similarly, Canadian companies will have better access to the Danish market.
