It is important that all documents are included when you submit your application. Any missing documents must be submitted within 5 calendar days of your initial date of application or the Embassy will contact the immigration authorities of your destination country with a recommendation to close your application.
Please note that the travel dates on all of your documents must match (on the Visa Self Service cover letter, in your invitation and on your travel medical insurance).
