Denmark signs new Memorandum of Understanding with Nova Scotia on Health

This week, the Premier of Nova Scotia, Tim Houston, was in Denmark to sign an MOU between Nova Scotia and Denmark on health with the Danish Minister of the Interior and Health, Sophie Løhde.
This MOU will provide a framework for closer cooperation on the best possible utilization of our health potentials, as well as solutions to the challenges Nova Scotia and Denmark share in our health systems. The MOU also gives the Danish life sciences industry better opportunities to identify partners, and explore opportunities in the Canadian market, which is similar to the Danish market with equal access to health care and high ambitions for the life sciences industry. We look forward to working with Nova Scotia and to jointly develop and support solutions that benefit patients, healthcare professionals and a robust healthcare system.
