VFS Global Service Fees

VFS accepts payment in the form of credit cards (American Express is not accepted) and debit cards for visa and residence permit applications and their additional services.

All residence permit applications to Denmark and Norway must be submitted in person.

All visa applications must be submitted in person, however if you have previously had your biometrics recorded for a Schengen visa (photo and fingerprints), we may be able to access them online. In that case, you are able to courier your application directly to the VFS Global office nearest you. You must include an updated passport photo of yourself. If you courier your application to VFS and your biometric data is not available in our system upon receipt, you will be contacted to make a personal appearance. We therefore recommend that you contact us before you courier your application.

Please note that any previous biometrics must have been recorded for the purpose of a Schengen visa. If your biometrics have been recorded for visas to the US, UK or for purposes related to Canada, these cannot be used for a Schengen visa and you must appear in person in order to apply.
